Activation of new account results in error about xRegistry

This happens on apollo v2.0.0. When creating a new account and trying to activating using Apollo the activation fails with an error message "fake account could be assigned to xRegistry". When checking the account and console ids in the settings the account id shows up as a bunch of 0s. Also when activating an account that existed before modding with ps3hen, Apollo says activation was successful but doesn't actually activate the system.
