`transform-origin` is ignored in Safari 15.3 and below

The issue appears to be the in Safari, window.getComputedStyle(...).cssText doesn't include transform-origin even though window.getComputedStyle(...).transformOrigin exists.

Expected Behavior

Generated image should support transform-origin;

Current Behavior

transform-origin is ignored

Possible Solution

I think, solution should be similar to this one

1. Open this link with Safari
2. Click 'Change transform to 0 0'
3. Click 'Generate Image' button
