mAP on COCO17 test-dev?

I saw in your table the mAP 21.8 is on COCO17 val. But in the paper, it reports mAP 21.7% on COCO17 test-dev. Did you try do evaluation on test-dev to see the gap?

I tested it on coco2017-val, and the result is like this. Test and val should be different, but I think many of their libraries seem to write the same indicators, which I think is very strange.
