为什么默认训练使用的是CPU的TensorFlow？

楼主，请问怎么设置默认使用GPU训练，我不安TensorFlow==1.13.1会报错，安了就默认用这个CPU的训练了，没用TensorFlow-GPU==1.13.1训练，速度非常慢TT
