Sorry if this feature already exists and I missed it, but it seems like a lot of "World" or "USA, Europe" games are detected as PAL and trigger the emulator to run at 50FPS. The most notable game of those I've tried so far is NBA Jam. I almost always prefer to play games at 60FPS, especially since the 3DS screen can't refresh at 50Hz.
