Compatibility Issues with new Genesis ROM Demons of Asteborg

Hello,

When attempting to run the Genesis ROM of new game Demons of Asteborg, the game is glitchy and crashes. It works on Picodrive for other systems (including the Retroarch core) but not at full speed on an O3DS. Not sure if anything needs to be adjusted to accommodate a new Genesis/MD title, but I wanted to post the issue just in case something could be done to increase compatibility.
