Ability to show/hide in nav from Edit Order screen

Right now, the only way to show/hide a nav item is by editing the page itself. In the Edit Order screen, you can see if a nav item is visible or hidden, but you can't change it there. Since this is where users do the majority of navigation edits, it would be helpful to be able to change visibility of items from this screen instead.
