Removing the overrides in datagovtheme allows CKAN core icon to display correctly. @hkdctol do you have reservations with deleting our custom overrides? If not, I'll make this PR production ready.

My gut says we don't want to log PII data so probably CKAN ID or Saml ID. I haven't read the security doc though so not sure if we need...
