It just shows a empty dropdown data-StratusFormsLookup="{listName:'LU_SQUADRON',firstOption:'Select Passcode',fieldName:'Passcode'}" But above the same code work fine data-StratusFormsLookup="{listName:'LU_SQUADRON',firstOption:'Select SQUADRON',fieldName:'Title'}"

Forgot to add, make sure the choice list is set to 'Checkboxes (allow multiple selections)' otherwise this method does not work.
