Broken links on the retryWhen page

I love the articles from this project, they have helped me out a lot and still help me today.

Looking up retryWhen this week I saw that it has a couple of broken links:

• https://indepth.dev/reference/rxjs/operators/retry-when In Depth Dev Reference
• https://github.com/ReactiveX/rxjs/blob/master/src/internal/operators/retryWhen.ts

If needed I can open a PR fixing these two and look for any other broken links that might exist in other pages, linking source code examples to specific releases and try to update indepth references or maybe using wayback machine to minimize this.
