For me `subtitle` worked, Chrome didn't auto-filled it. I'm using invisible_captcha 2.0 and Chrome 96. @smidwap What was your configuration? I'm gonna try to replicate it with https://www.browserstack.com

I don't have this issue, which version of Rails do you use ? I'm on Rails 5.1.6.2
