A blog platform should have good support for comments

As a blog platform, we have some work left to do. There should be a more limited way to write replies to the main posts, possibly without requiring signup. There should be an easy way to filter these comments from the front page (e.g. #22).

This also suggests captcha support, moderation tools (#30) , etc.
