Meta-data display and editor

I don't really have an idea for the exact interface yet, but the blog interface should have some way to view the current meta-data (cumulative meta-files) for a given file and edit it.

This might depend on #7.

Note that it's currently possible to get a low-level view by using * or target=[uri].
