Request clarification on NOTE in complete-intro-to-containers/lessons/buildah.md

I thought it would be safer to open an issue than to suggest an edit in pull request #15 .

In Buildah.md in the note near the top it says:

"NOTE: Both of these tools only work in Linux. If you're using Windows and WSL, this work seamlessly. If you're on macOS.."

It wasn't clear whether this meant that the instructions will or won't work seamlessly. I presume it's the former?
