Would let people structure the conversation well before it even starts. @ljharb
It seems some clients don't reconnect the websocket after it disconnects due to, e.g. the computer going to sleep.
So, say, a TC39 and a W3C meeting can occur at the same time.
There should always be a top-level agenda item visible. Integrating with the agenda on GitHub would be great. Chairs should have the option of adding agenda items.
