Add version info

There is no real version contained in the application currently (aside from a placeholder in the project's assembly info). This needs to be addressed, as well as adding a method of viewing the version of a running Paymetheus instance.

It may also be worth investigating how to use msbuild to add the git commit revision into the version name somehow.
