Pull Payments: Payin/Amount Adjustments

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, pull payments allow you to provide an interface to users so that they may receive a specific amount bitcoin from you. However, in some scenarios, the amount you would want a user to be able to withdraw to increase/decrease based on external factors

Describe the solution you'd like A sub resource under Pull Payments that would adjust the amount available for payout in the active pull payments. Each resource would have a value (positive or negative) and a comment. Every time this resource is added, the pull payment available amount is adjusted. This makes Pull Payments a viable option for a Deposit/Withdraw system.

Sketch/Image/Wireframe/Mockup This data might be useful to show in the pull payment customer screen. Could be with a toggle. In the backend, the data would be shown as a list similar to how payouts are shown for a specific pull payment.

Describe alternatives you've considered Close and create a new pull payment but this is a bad UX in my opinion.
