Synching stalled

Hi,

I have a server running on LunaNode since 09/10. The progress bar was visible on the first day. Then I let it run for a while and now it seems stalled with the following message:

Your node is synching the entire blockchain and validating the consensus rules.

NBXplorer headers height: 0
The node is starting...

bitcoin-cli getblockchaininfo returns:

error code: -28
error message:
