Failed to download the latest version error
When I start the mmultiplayer.exe and launch the game I get the above error. Do I need to open ports on my hardware firewall to play the multiplayer mode? Also I suspect simplewall might be blocking something here as well.
https://github.com/btbd/mmultiplayer/issues/27#issuecomment-675218742 I had this problem before (Turning off the firewall didn't help, probably because of the Chinese network), and then I found this method of manually placing the DLL file, and it worked fine.
Similar problem, installed a newer DLL for client a, but the problem has not gone away. a year ago downloaded everything worked like clockwork. And now it is not known why the error occurs about the newer version
