influxDB V2 compatibility

I wanted to use this flask_extension for my project but there is a compatibility issue. I use the V2 of influxDB and it's client so the auth is different. Now we use Tokens and organizations. (auth with username and password is possible but need to be enabled

I started to modify it to accept the new version. I will post a comment with the changes I did if it work
