New version of lessc.php fixes Bootstrap issues

I don't know if this is the correct place for this, but I've just updated to the latest version of the LESS compiler (0.3.9) from leafo.net/lessphp and it now works fine with the latest version of Bootstrap (2.3.1).

bootstrap.less and responsive.less now compile correctly.

Feel free to make a pull request ;) I'm currently considering abandoning support for the lib, and making it a composer package. Just have to see about free time.
