Missed units for each parameter

First, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your hard work on Transportation Network Test problems. I am going to use some of these problems to test my model. Thank you so much for that.

Then, I have some questions regarding the Transportation network test problems. I am wondering what the unit for each parameter is? What are their real-work implications?

1. For example, does 2400 means 2400 vehicles can pass within one hour for the link capacity, or does it represent another meaning?
2. For the length, does it represent in km or miles?
3. For the travel time, does it mean in hours or minutes?

I did not find the unit for each parameter, and the information on the website is blank.
