Suggestion send file to a phone number

Hello! your lib help me very much. But, i needed send a file to a phone number... and looking in the chat-api documentation (https://chat-api.com/en/docs.html) i found. my sugestion is implant in your lib this feature.

Thank you for request, I'm planning to release a powerful update to this library and I believe this feature will be also implemented.
