ability to generate opml for another twitter username

It'd be great optionally specify which user to generate for, instead of only being able to generate rss for the people i'm following. it'd be handy to create opml from some of my friends twitter account as well to catch any blogs i've missed from my own account, w/o having to manually follow every single person first
