an export to .py option?

I am a python beginner. I like write program in this literate way. can you build another tools to turn .md file into .py file only contain the python block? I guess you had already made function in the run_markdown somewhere. I am trying to figure out.

found a clue. the variable "source" store the python source code the variable "path" is the .md filename
