cromshell2.0 creates a config file if it doesn't find it and asks the user to update it, which can also be updated via `update-server`. Wouldn't be a problem to add...

Adding in an option to the command [here](https://github.com/broadinstitute/cromshell/pull/248) called json-summary that prints all outputs including non-file types
