@klakhov - Please, merge the develop branch. - I can't create any task. The server was restarted. `/requests/` endpoint works. Did I miss something additional? 

The same thing on `/tasks` page. Requests are with code 200. 

There are seven elements on the first page and one element on the second Why was it implemented this way? Why not 10 per page? Empty page at the bottom...

When backup a task, first it says me that downloading will start automatically. After that it suggest me to open another page to start downloading. Why? The style of these...

Additionally, I will recommend to start downloading automatically whenever it is possible. Without necessity to open another page and click something else.

@Marishka17 Alright. Current HLD only describes the first iteration. But in this case, I expect @klakhov to track the following iterations of the feature and prepare new updated HLD.
