Keep one column in the region visible when Region is collapsed

Hi,

Is it possible to keep one child column always visible even when the region is collapsed via the region resizer arrow buttons? I want to achieve something similar to this demo https://bryntum.com/products/grid/examples/groupedheaders/

Where you collapse the 'Favourites' parent column but 'Food' column remains visible but on a region level when the arrow buttons are clicked on the region resizer.
