Milestones not considered in parent % Done rollup

Hello,

I would like to confirm if this is intended behaviour or a bug since it is different than MS Project and Gantt ExtJs.

Milestone tasks are not considered as part of the parent % Done calculation. As you can see in the screenshot below, Milestone 1 is not done, yet the Parent shows 100% Done. Expectation is for the Parent to show 99% Done.
