Cant see live data

I have downloaded the add in and opened the examples spreadsheet but there is no live data. I hve also tried receive live data on my own using =quote(......) in the same format as shown in the installation page but no live data comes up.

You all probably realise that I'm a complete beginner in terms of VBA, macros and add ins, so please tell me if I'm doing something wrong.
