Can confirm that JACK is listed under audio input and output sources, but cannot connect to either with any success. I opened #1400 to report the issue, but it isn't...
I can confirm this issue exists when running `Jamtaba2.sh` on Ubuntu 20.04. However, the `Jamtaba2` binary runs without any error.
Yeah, JACK is basically an audio layer that lets you send audio/midi between various apps.
Hm, good point. I'm not sure how to run JACK without an exclusive lock. In any case, I can run JamTaba when JACK is not running.
At the time of this report, I was running on Ubuntu 19.10. What other device specs would be useful?
I am still experiencing a related issue on Ubuntu 20.04. I can start JamTaba while JACK is running, but it doesn't seem to register itself in the JACK routing matrix....
