Yes, that's a bug. You can go back to landscape and dismiss it, rather than force-quitting.

I can see how that gives it a more modern "flat" look. Embedding UITextViews inside a UITableView is something I've had trouble with (see #141) but maybe someone more proficient...

It sounds based on my very quick research that the "git smudge/clean filter" would only affect people like you who take some particular opt-in action, so I'm fine with that....
