Adding graphical editor for lanes

Would it at all be possible to adding a graphical editor for editing the turn and lane tags? I’ve created a mock-up that is heavily based on turn restrictions:

• The red circle with minus removes lanes.
• The green circle in the middle lane are the values for “turn:lane:*” (But this may need to be improved due to there being more than 5 values which can be a pain on pressing the button to get to the correct turn)
• The green circle with a plus is adding lanes
• The arrow at the bottom is the direction of the lane
• Also possibly make it scrollable left and right in case there are a lot of lanes.
• Also add ability to move the map while the screen is open.
