Ability to search wiki

Add the ability to search the wiki when no results pop up when searching in the POI Type page. This can help with finding tags that isn’t known but also can help people find tags that are known differently since some tags can be known as different things. (Ex: Playground is also called a playpark.)

The obvious place to add this is as a button when the user has searched for a feature and there are no results. But the user is already several levels deep in the UI, and adding a website page on top of that seems a bit much.
