Add the ability to filter objects by layer

Adding the ability to filter objects by their layer number (eg. Layer 1, Layer 2) would be a great addition to the app, especially in situations where there are many objects on multiple layers (ex. bridges and tunnels overlapping each other)

Bridges and tunnel roads overlapping each other. How can you see which object is for which road without an option for filtering layers?

Does Rapid/iD have a layer filter? How do they deal with this issue?
