(beta/Testflight) after upgrade, “Upload changes” shows but not Undo/Redo

I hadn’t used the app in a little while. I had had unfinished/unsubmitted changes from previously. Without first opening or checking the app, I was checking TestFlight for any upgrades; saw gomap and installed the latest beta (from a previous beta). Opened TestFlight. Saw this:
