I used the Settings (GEAR ICON) as my one-stop shop.

That was my error.

I had no idea the (MAP ICON) contained so many hidden settings & features! (eg incl clearing cache!!)

As a noob, a bit more guidance would be greatly appreciated.

The [i] information icon… maybe change to a (?) idk

but either way highlight the (HELP ICON) super-clearly for noobs, and a pop-up saying, “A mostly-complete tutorial on using this app is available at any time by tapping the {i} INFORMATION ICON.”

and maybe make it a different color like green?

especially: on 1st-run of the App

Sorry This would have saved me a lot of time. I wrote off the (i) as being metadata about the current map or maybe the app. Not really used to interpreting as a tutorial/guide link.

Now that I know my way around better, I love this app.
