splitting a way in a route relations blocks uploading

I had to split a way which was part of 2 route relations, and after this I could not upload the following changes any more. Solved it now by sending the osc via email and resolving the missing local items in a text editor, then fixing the relations in JOSM, but I believe there is a problem with the current goMap!! that's why I posted also here. After editing, I got this error message:
