Adding a note could close the comment window

When entering a note I just see a 'Resolve' and 'Comment' action. Generating a new note could (in my opinion) use a 'Add note' action, which afterwards immediately closes the window.

As it is now I generate a new note, add the note text, click on 'Comment' and then have to 'Cancel' out of the note window.
