Updated POI not updated for all actions; and then duplicated Node

Steps to reproduce:

• I edited https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/4495745308 from razed:natural to natural (and other stuff)
• Save
• Right: POI Icon updated
• Wrong: Tooltipp still says razed:natural
• Wrong: Dupliacte action copies a razed:natural tree

I then created another new tree and saved https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/95863122

I thought its just a display error, but there is something more going on.

I just re-checked, and apparently there are now two nodes right above eachother? I just removed the new one again.

The duplicated notes where especially hard to debug, since the icon was used from the new one, but the click actions where from the node below, see screenshot.

Based on your changeset history you first created two trees: https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/95863122 One of those trees (https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/8230530766/history) was at the exact same location as the razed tree you were trying to edit (https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/4495745308) Then you submitted another changeset that deleted the created tree and updated the tags on the tree you wanted to edit: https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/95871526

I still need a way to reproduce this, as I'm unable to see the behavior myself.

If there's a duplicate node at a given location the Z-order of the images is random.
