I think I have found a problem, the CDI deployed for tests is 1.43.0 and the cdi fix landed on branch 1.43 but was not released, so needs a release...

I think it would be better if we could verify permissions just after creating them in `BeforeEach`, but this PR solves the problem and is good for tests.
