Thanks. #465 allows those types of Hamiltonians to be expressed, with two exceptions: it's just fermionic as is, and is limited to 1- and 2-body interactions. These are straightforward extensions.

Consider removing/modifying LetterWithSubscripts

If it's left as is, the inputs should at least be validated or parsed so that `LetterWithSubscripts('x_1_2')` either throws an error or evaluates to `LetterWithSubscripts('x', 1, 2)`.
