Added text in molecules is too wide

When inserting a molecule (e.g. benzene) one can hover over a connection point and press any letter on the keyboard in order to open up a text field. When dismissing the text field while having a letter typed in this letter gets inserted as an element symbol at the selected connection point.

However the bounding box of the respective layer spans across the whole right page from where it is located (You can verify that by hovering the mouse somewhere to the right of it which still selects it).
