Allow passing in date via URL

Issue

If i want an updated grid each week I need to retype by birthday each week currently

Expected Behavior

After entering the date the URL of the page changes, or the page has an export link The user can then bookmark the link Every time its opened the grid is automatically updated based on the current date

Benefits

It's easy to program and it makes the page truly interactive week after week
