[Feature Request] Make the "All Pokémon" page a viable replacement for the Rocket Map stats page

Current Behavior

Currently, the "All Pokémon" page displays all Pokémon ordered by their Pokédex number. It's not possible to order them by anything else like the amount of spawns or by name. It's also not possible to specify a time frame for the displayed results.

Expected Behavior

It would be nice to have a replacement for the Rocket Map stats page. In order to be a viable replacement, the "All Pokémon" page needs to be sortable by the number of observed spawns. Also, it would be great to be able to specify the time frame for the displayed results, e.g. in the last 24 hours or in the last week. The default sorting method/time frame should be configurable.

I requested a feature to group by Gen 1, Gen 2, Gen X or All Generations with the launch of Gen 2. Sadly, I did not have the time to pull this through, also I am heavily unfamiliar with ajax. A general sorting option per Type, Number and also query a time window should be manageable pretty fast, though.

Would be great if we can start work on this. What would be better?

• Checkboxes with {Last 7 Days, Last Month, Since Gen2, Only Gen1, All}
• Dropdown menu with {Last 7 Days, Last Month, Since Gen2, Only Gen1, All}
• Slider with [Start | Gen2 release | Month | Week] in pokemon.page style

I like the "check"-boxes (like those we have for Heatmap/Live-Map) with one last sort-dropdown to sort by last-seen, dex-number, total-seen is it possible to add ascending/descending right into it?

I'd also add "Last 24 hours" as an option. Also, the "Only Gen 1" and "Since Gen 2" options should only be available when there are database entries from before Gen 2 (I reset my database 😞).
