Yjs not bound to open documents on app launch

Describe the bug When we launch the app, Yjs is not bound to any open documents even if they're part of a shared folder.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a shared document, then close the app without closing the document
2. Relaunch the app

Expected behavior The open document should automatically bind Yjs and show any remote peers.
