I know Grief prevention is not supported, but if someone has access trust (permission to use chests/doors without being able to break them) can lock chests by just right clicking, any fix for that?

How the hell. Your issue is mentionned here: https://github.com/brunyman/LockettePro/blame/master/LockettePro/src/me/crafter/mc/lockettepro/BlockPlayerListener.java#L119-L128 but this have been added BEFORE you created the issue

When locked, players can destroy signs. Is this normal?
