Added tooltips to sidebar. Removed label_information references

Hm I'm not sure removing the bottom bar and moving the info labels to the sidebar as tooltips improves anything. If at least we had an overloaded interface, it would make sense to move stuff out of the way. I also think that keeping this info in a place that is always visible is more interesting from the point of view that some users are not very technical, and having a place where they can always see what is happening is more interesting than hiding it in a tooltip.

Toolbar label is back with improvements. Keeping the tooltips for sidebar as well.
