The README references a LICENSE file that never got added to the repo: https://github.com/brunoimbrizi/triangle-wasm/blob/c228655bb4957e5070f8810ef8ffb45ef60a6747/README.md?plain=1#L230

I only noticed because the licensing situation for the original library appears to be rather unclear (see this thread from a C# port) and I was curious how this project handled it.
