Add language switcher feature and Brazilian Portuguese translation.

This pull request adds a language switcher to the project that enables users to switch between English and Brazilian Portuguese. The control panel and UI labels have been translated to Brazilian Portuguese, the README has a new translated version(BR portuguese) and updated with instructions on how to add new languages.
